1L (kg) of Plant based stock is approximately equivalent to 2L (kg) of a 10-hour simmered stock.
300mL (kg) of Plant based stock is approximately equivalent to 600mL (g) of a 10-hour simmered stock.
Convenient and reliable, it remains shelf-stable at ambient temperatures when unopened, making it a chef’s pantry essential that’s always ready when inspiration strikes.

The StocksMatter brand produces classic stocks that have been made using traditional methods and using only the freshest ingredients and raw materials. Our team of chefs use extended traditional simmering methods at low temperatures for all of our creations, which allows for a natural extraction and reduction.
